Fluorosilicone Rubber

Adpol specialises in the manufacture of Fluorosilicone Rubber extrusions, tubing , punched gaskets and moulded parts. Our AP 501/100 grade is 100% Fluorosilicone Rubber for maximum chemical resistance, we also offer a AP501/40 grade which is 40% Fluorosilicone Rubber as a more economical, but less resistant alternative.

Fluorosilicone Rubber (or FVMQ) offers excellent chemical resistance, fuel resistance, oil resistance and acid resistance and is the ideal choice of polymer in extreme operating environments. Our AP501/100 Fluorosilicone Rubber compound is available in a 60 Shore A hardness, and with an operating temperature range of between - 60 and + 225 degrees Centigrade which makes it a good choice for seal profiles, stamped gaskets, tubing and moulded parts.

Fluorosilicone Rubber products are available in a wide range of colours and to meet customer requirements from drawings or samples, with Adpol organising tooling where required.
