Tubing & CordSilicone Rubber Tubing & Silicone Rubber Cord are a key part of Adpol's manufacturing programe, and an essential requirement in many industries. Silicone Rubber Tubing and Silicone Rubber Cord can be supplied in a vast range of colours and many specialist materials including Platinum Cured Silicone Rubber , Fluorosilicone Neoprene rubber, and Viton Our General purpose grades of Silicone Rubber are available in shore hardnesses ranging from 30 to 90 IRHD, with a standard temperature range of -60 to +200 degrees C. Specialist grades can be modified to provide higher tear strength, higher or lower temperature limits, and improved compression set characteristics. Platinum Cured Silicone Rubber offers excellent clarity, and is free from any tainting that may result from peroxides leaching through to the surface. Viton grades offer excellent resistance to Oils, Chemicals and Acids. Silicone Rubber Tubing sizes start from 0.5mm ID up to 100mm OD and can be supplied in quantities of 50 - 500m minimum depending on size up to many 1000's of metres. Silicone Rubber Cord can be produced from 0.2mm diameter up to 50mm diameter Silicone Rubber Cord and Silicone Rubber Tubing can be supplied in cut lengths or joined into gaskets or O Rings. Beause we have a huge range of tube extrusion dies new tooling charges are not normally applied. As a manufacturer we do not keep stock, but provide excellent value for money on larger production runs.
